You opt in by completing the ride booking form on our website, entering your cell phone number, and checking the consent box, which reads: “”I consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Senior Thrive about my ride (booking confirmations and reminders) at the cell number I provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.” Consent is captured when you submit your booking.

Types of messages. We send transactional messages only — booking confirmations and pickup reminders about your scheduled ride. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency. Frequency varies based on your bookings (for example, a confirmation and one or more reminders per scheduled ride).

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we’ll send a single confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
