Please choose your return time carefully. Medical appointments are hard to predict. Our driver can wait up to 10 minutes. If you miss the return pickup it is a no-show — the return fare is non-refundable and you’ll need to book a new ride.

Passengers & Mobility

We transport one client per trip — the person receiving care. Any additional passenger may only be a family member or a hired personal care assistant (PCA) accompanying that client.

I understand cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before pickup (72 hours for airport rides) to receive a refund of the ride cost. A no-show is non-refundable. I understand that my driver does not enter into facilities or homes. Arrangements must be made once I have arrived to location for assistance inside. I understand and consent to being recorded by audio and video cameras inside the vehicle for safety and quality purposes during my ride. I confirm that all passengers are 18 years of age or older.

Our drivers provide professional door-to-door wheelchair or standby assistance transportation only.

Drivers assist with boarding, securement, transport, and unloading at the pickup and drop-off location. Drivers do not enter private residences, medical facilities, or businesses and do not provide in-home or inside-building assistance.

Clients using non-electric wheelchairs must arrange their own assistance at drop-off locations, including having a caregiver, family member, or facility staff available to meet them at the door.
